My friend Kayla from GracefullyVintage made me this beautiful playsuit set for Christmas after I fell in love with the one that she made for herself. When I started this blog it was just a way of cataloging my wardrobe and something to entertain myself with, I never expected that I would actually end up meeting one of my best friends as a result. After talking on Skype every week for three years now, this year we're hopefully going to visit each other and hang out in person, which is something I am extremely excited for!

Lemon Yellow Gingham Playsuit by GracefullyVintage!
Very sweet, I love the yellow colour.
ReplyDeleteYou look positively darling in this playsuit!
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely as always, I love the new layout of your blog too!
ReplyDeleteOh my word, what enchantingly beautiful photos and dress. That warm summer light speaks to my soul and lifts my spirits, which are more than a little eager for sunshine to return to our end of the world again in three or so months.
ReplyDeleteHave a marvelous weekend, honey!

This is beautiful! You're absolutely glowing. I've been looking for a way to wear gingham so that I won't look too much like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, and this play-suit makes it seem so much more grown up than just a dress would.
ReplyDeleteThat yellow is really gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteKayla did an amazing job making that play-suit for you! So beautiful!! xo

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning! What a lovely set. And I am impressed with how you look immaculate in such heat - I melt into a puddle if it gets over 30, we Brits aren't used to the heat!! x
ReplyDeleteKayla is so talented - and she has a great model in you here! Such a sweet set. So lovely that blogging brought you a friend - funnily enough, it did the same for me too in Porcelina who's coincidentally posted right above me here! After two or so years, we'll be meeting for the first time this weekend :) and that is why blogging is amazing! CC x

ReplyDeleteoh my god STOP IT! this twin set is too cute for words, and i can't believe your friend made it for you! that's absolutely my favourite thing about blogging and the internet in general though, the way you can make friends with people and become so close to them before you even meet them. that's wonderful to hear you and your friend are going to be meeting up soon! :)
